Returns Policy

We have a 14‑day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at kdsgiftsandcrafts@yahoo.com. Once your request is received, we will provide the correct return address and any further instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will issue a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.

For faulty or damaged items, please report the issue within 14 days by emailing your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos to kdsgiftsandcrafts@yahoo.com. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Consumer Rights (Australia)

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major problem.


Change of Mind

We do not accept change‑of‑mind returns.


Exceptions

  • Custom‑made or personalised items cannot be returned.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
